
A dramatic video showing a man stuck in the middle of the Tawi Jammu river emerged on the social media. The man, identified as Madan Kumar, stuck in the middle of the Tawi River after severe precipitation overnight, which increased the water level of the river.
When the river was angry around him, the man could no longer cross it and kept his life on the rope. The video shows that he looks at the people standing across the shore while holding the rope with one hand and waiting for help.
