
The railway police in Kacheguda caught a man with a bag full of stolen gadgets. The arrest led to recovery of 13 mobile phones, laptops, iPad and other electronic goods, all worth 2.7 Lakh.
NAVANEETH SHARMA, 32 years old, comes from Haryana, but remained on the track inside the Imlibun bus station, the railway police officer said. “He was suspected that he was carried out at 2 pm on the platform number 1 at a surprising opposite. When he was interrogated, he confessed that he had stolen the passenger bag in A1 andhra Pradesh Sampark Kranti Express while others were sleeping,” the officer said.
The police were digging deeper and found that Sharma had lifted another dozen phones from various wine shops, bus stops and railway stations around the city. The officers then attacked the track in Imlibun and renewed their collection of stolen mobile phones.
