The Internet of North Korea is experiencing a significant outage on Saturday, the researcher based in the UK said, adding that the cause may be an internal than a cyber attack.
Reuters reported that the main news site of North Korea and its website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs were inaccessible on Saturday morning.
“There is currently a significant outage on the Internet of North Korea – affecting all routes, whether they come across China or Russia,” said Judade Ali, a British research worker who monitors the North Korean Internet.
North Korea’s entire Internet infrastructure is not displayed on systems that can watch Internet activities, he said.
“It is hard to say whether it is intentional or accidental – but it seems to be more internal than the attack,” Reuters Ali said.
Officials of the Police Center for Reaction to Cyber Terror in South Korea, which monitors North Korea’s cyber activities, could not be reached, he added.
War ship was launched again after the first attempt
Reuters reported that North Korea launched a war ship that was damaged in May after his first launch attempt and quoted state media on Friday. After restoring the destruction of 5,000 tons at the beginning of June, he was launched on Thursday and is now anchored on the pier.
According to KCNA, experts will explore the hull for the next phase of the filling, which will be carried out on Rajin Doockyard for 7-10 days. The full renewal of the ship is expected to be completed before the meeting of the ruling party this month.

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, who witnessed the initial unsuccessful launch of the destroyer, triggered the accident as “negligence”, which dirty the national dignity, and ordered the ship renewed before the party meeting, Reuters reported.
Four North Koreans crossed the border with the south
The Seoul Army said on Thursday that a wooden ship carrying four North Koreans was driving into the water south of the de facto naval border last month.
They were discovered in the Eastern Sea – known internationally as in the Japanese Sea – around 100 kilometers (60 miles) east of the South Korean province of Gangwon.
According to the Reuters report, the South Korean army “found a small North Korean wooden ship in waters… east of Goseong in Gangwon province,” the official said.
The four North Koreans were sent to a “relevant institution” after being identified by the army and the coastline, he said.
The North Koreans are usually handed over to the Seoul Intelligence Agency for screening when they arrive south.
All four North Koreans expressed their wishes to return home according to Yonhap of Yonhap, who said they believed they accidentally crossed a de facto border.
