After spending more than 75 days in the Nellore Central Prison, the leader of the YSR (YSRCP) Congress Party and former Minister Kakani Govardhan Reddy, who was appointed accused in the case of Rusta in mining, will be released on Wednesday.
The Andr Pradesh High Court awarded him a bail on Monday.
YSRCP activists were in a festive mood because it was to be released from prison on Tuesday. However, he was postponed due to the delay in bringing Kaut’s papers to the district prison.
Given that the bail was not submitted before 18:00, the prison authorities did not publish the leader YSRCP. Mr. Govardhan Reddy will be released from prison on Wednesday morning.
