Police probing complaints about KJ Shine, the leader of the CPI (M) in Ernacula, on Wednesday (October 15, 2025), CK Gopalakrishnan, the local leader of the congress in the northern paravure, which was first accused.
Mr. Gopalakrishhnan was released on bail after his arrest was recorded by Ernaculam rural cyber police in Aluva. Three accused were charged according to Section 78 (persecution) and 79 (an insult to a woman’s modesty) Bharatiya nyaya Sanhita (BNS), as well as section 67 of information technology (IT), which is a law on causes with average in the field of communication average.
The company said the accused published content, including the name and photograph of the complainant with sexually colored notes on various social media platforms from September 14, 2025 to 18 September 2025, with the intention of gossiping and hurting her by outrage of the modesty of a woman.
