The Political Affairs Committee of the Latin Archdiocese of Thiruvananthapuram has urged all political parties in Kerala to give due consideration to the Latin Catholic community in proportion to the population of the community in the process of selecting candidates for the upcoming Assembly elections. The meeting was convened at Bishop House, Vellayambalam on Wednesday to discuss the just concluded local body elections and the current political situation. The meeting was chaired by Eugene H. Perera.
