The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) has concluded its final phase of land auctions, with its cumulative revenue from the scheme reaching ₹ 3,862.8 crore.
An official statement said the 1.98-acre Golden Mile parcel was won by COEUS Education Management Pvt. Ltd. at ₹77.75 crore per acre, a figure considered remarkable given the irregular shape of the plot. HMDA said the auction series continues to attract strong interest in locations throughout the metropolitan region, reflecting the continued demand for well-located development land. The process was carried out with the support of transaction advisors Cushman and Wakefield and the e-auction platform MSTC, which handled the offer.
