A man named Venkatesh Alla shared his bad experience with flipkart on X (formerly Twitter). For his sister has ordered a Dell notebook from an electronic trading platform £43,158. It was her first.
Notebook arrived on May 11th through open delivery of the box. However, the delivery boy refused to wait when she checked to turn on.

“The moment we charged the laptop, it turned into a pan. The keyboard was so hot, my sister couldn’t even relax. Maybe we just updated it to warm it up … We were wrong,” the user wrote.
The next day it has deteriorated with easy use of Excel. The fan yelled, released the battery quickly and was too hot to the touch.
Venkates reportedly contacted Flipkart support that shocking told him to take a brand new laptop to the service center 50 km away. Interestingly, they did not offer a replacement.

Later he found out that Flipkart quietly changed his return policies. Even defective products will not be replaced. Customers only receive repairs, so they feel cheated.
“So basically the renovated junk is sold as new and you are sending time and travel costs,” Venkatesh Flipkart called.
Frustled, now lodges a complaint with the consumer court and urges others with similar stories to speak.
“90% of Flipkart’s X complaints are probably one thing, their poor return policy. Even real customers are bothering with mindless rules and terrible services,” he wrote.

“Flipkart, Gear Up. See you at the Consumer Court. I will not understand,” he concluded.
According to Flipkart’s res at Livemint, the product was now picked up from the customer. At the same time, the customer was offered full compensation.

“Thanks for the heads-up! I was about to buy a Dell notebook from flipkart or Amazon-Safe that this plan is going directly to the basket after hearing about your suffering,” one user wrote.
Another user wrote: “Lessons – Never make a high online involvement.”
Another X -user, Anil Sachdev, shared his disappointment with flipkart. First he was satisfied with the service and received products like iPhone and Apple Watch without any problems.
But later problems began. He suffered damaged packaging and even received a expired product. To return it, he had to call for customers. Sachdeva now feels that Flipkart’s service is now getting worse.
