The Disciplinary Panel of the Karnataka Pradesh (KPCC) Congress Committee (KPCC) excluded GV Seetharam, a former spokesman of the Congress Committee of the Rural Mysur district, from the primary membership of the party for six years.
Mr. Seetharam, who is also the former chairman of Karnataka State Bh’s Development Corporation, was recently in the eye of the storm after the sound record of absorbing notes against the Vokkalig Community, HD Kote and Sargur Taluks.
Also, the HD Kote Congress Committee also took the matter after the protesters gathered in large numbers and were looking for steps against Mr. Seetharam, who is also considered a close assistant to the main Minister Siddaramaiah.
The Congressor of the Disciplinary Committee of the KPCC NIVEDITHA, in his statement, pointed out that Mr. Seetharam’s sound recording caused not only need not only in need of the community, but also brought the side of embarrassment.
“With regard to this incident, local President DCC and President Block Committee against him demanded disciplinary measures,” the statement said before emphasizing that Mr. Seetharam violated party discipline and declared a statement that harms the party’s reputation.
