The District Police in Kodag registered a total of 16 companies against persons responsible for violating the rules of the sound pollution of DJ music accompanying the immersion of Ganesh Idol immersion in the Viarapet.
Cases were reserved against the owners of music facilities DJ, operators, equipment and vehicle drivers in this respect.
The statement of the Superintendent District Police in Kodag K. Ramarajan stated that the provisions of Section 15 of the 1986 Act of 1986 Act would be called against the accused after the report from the Karnataka State Pollution Control Board (KSPCB).
