
Kimshealth Thiruvananthapuram was awarded the Prize of the Chief Minister for the best institution in the private sector in the state. Kimshealth was selected as the best workplace in the hospital sector based on its excellent performance in 2024.
The award was announced on the basis of criteria, such as excellent salary structures, strict implementation of work laws, favorable working environment and salary distribution through a wage security system.
The prize was received by Jessuin K. Kadavan, leading, human resources, Kimshealth, from the Minister of General Education and Labor V. Sivankutty at the ceremony held in Thiruvananthapurama.

Mi Sahadulla, chairman of the founders and CEO Kims Healthcare Management Ltd., said that Kimshealth follows a working culture that focuses on the everyday life of its employees, and the hospital maintains open access to their ideas and concerns.
