He always supported his players and gave them freedom to express themselves,” Arshdeep said. “Here I noticed that his approach remains the same – he does not save strict instructions, but encourages players to trust his skills and play for the team. He promotes selfless access and ensures full support to players.
“I really admire this thinking and as players we will try to support it.”
Impressive CV T20i Arshdeep shows 99 goals in 63 matches. He has 78 goals in 66 games in IPL.
He believes that the trust of the team leadership leads to the player to become confident in his approach and carrying out his plans, especially in pressure situations.
“I enjoy performing when the team is under pressure – whether it stops running or goal. When they give me the ball at crucial moments, it is good to know that they believe me. I really enjoy the added responsibility.
The key to success is Arshdeep at the end of the designation of patience and learning from errors.
“Success does not come overnight, but I ensure that any failures do not affect my bowling. Every time I get another opportunity, I give him everything to help the team win.”
