The KBN University Faculty of Medicine is ranked 27th among private medical faculties

Khaja Bandanawaz University Faculty of Medical Sciences, Kalaburagi has secured the 27th position at the national level, 20th at the zonal level and 13th in Karnataka in the 2026 International Institutional Ranking Framework (IIRF) ranking of private medical colleges.
According to the IIRF 2026 certificate issued to the University’s Faculty of Medical Sciences, KBN Medical Institution has been ranked among the leading private medical colleges in the country.
The certificate was issued by the International Institutional Ranking Framework (IIRF) and its Center for Institutional Research IIRF, New Delhi.
KBN University Vice-Chancellor-in-Charge Ashfaq Ahmad said the ranking recognizes the institution’s performance in the medical education sector.
The Chancellor of the University, Syed Mohammed Ali Al-Hussaini, expressed his delight at the success of the Faculty of Medical Sciences and congratulated the faculty and staff for the recognition.
