
Note that the Directorate for enforcement (ED) has not passed the final order to connect for more than three years against the statutory term 180 days from the date of the interim connection of real estate in 2021 in 2021 canceled both the interim attachment and the notification of real estate owners.
Section 5 of the Act on the Prevention of Money Layers (PMLA), 2002, orders the life of a temporary attachment order to 180 days and Section 8 (3) of the Act sets out to confirm the final order of verification of interim attachment within 180 days.
Justice M. Nagaprasann approved an order and allowed a petition filed by Prahlade, Binda Prahlad, L. Gowri from Bengalur and Sai Siri Wealth Management Services.

However, the Court said that Ed said that Ed had not even received the final order to attach during the trailer of these petitions since June 2022, although the court did not limit the ED in the handover of the final order.
