The Karnatak High Court remained a government order (GO) on Thursday, who introduced a special investigative team (SIT) to explore alleged interference with certain parts of the government country by the Minister of HD Kumaraswama adjoining the one in Kethaganahalli in Bidadi, Bidadi, Bidadi, Bidadi Bidadi in Bidadi, Bidadi, Bidadi, Bidadi, Bidadi, Ramanagara Taluk of Bengalur.
The ES Indiresh justice approved the provisional order for a petition filed by Mr. Kumaraswamym challenging the law of GO, issued on January 28, 2025, which is a SIT led by the Regional Commissioner Bengalur.
He appeared for Mr. Kumaraswamy, head of the advocate Udaya Holly, along with the defense attorney Nisanth AV, claiming that GO had no legal existence in the eyes of the law because it was not a “announcement” because it was not published in the official Journal.
Section 195 of the Karnataka Land Act of 1964 and 8 of the Land Prohibition Act in Karnataka of 2011 issues “notification” for delegation and the meaning of “notification” was a “announcement published in the official Gazette” under the Karnatak Act.
Sit 29 May issued a summons of the Minister of the Union, who asked him to present documents with regard to the countries he owned in reconnaissance numbers 7 and 8 kethaganahali to explore the transfer of rights over these real estate.
