Collector Srdhar Cherkuri on Thursday checks the kitchen at the Zilla Parisad in the village of J. Kothapalli in the Kadapa district.
Collector Kadapa Sridhar Cherkuri announced a plan to establish a centralized automated kitchen in every mandala to cook and distribute food for noon food. “Model kitchens” are based on a pilot basis in the Kadap district.
On Thursday, Mr. Sridhar visited the construction work in the Kitchen Halls in the Secondary School of Zilla Parisad at Chintakommadinne and J. Kothapalli, where he communicated with the directors and organizers of noon.
Regarding the materials to be used for construction, the collector provided specific instructions to the officials concerned about the expected output quality and the need to observe the standards. It should be remembered that the kitchen model is already functional in Kadapa, where the food is supplied in the middle of the day “Dokka Seethamma” at a nearby school in the city.
Revenue officer John Irwin, centralized intelligent cuisine knot officer Joel Vijay Kumar, project director Raja Ratnam, Chintakommadinne Tahsildar Nagesware Rao and others accompanied him.
