Rashtriya’s leader Janata Dal (RJD) and member of Rajya Sabha Manoj Jha on Monday (9 June 2025) raised serious concerns about the intentions of the Census Center.
Mr. Jha said that the politicians of the party Bharatiya Janata (BJP) were not only anti-seaching, but also conspired in return class (BC) and extremely backward classes (EBC).
He argued that the government pretended to be a lack of transparency in the whole process.
“After the painful incident Pahalgam, the Prime Minister suddenly realized that it was necessary to census the people according to the demand of most people, and so announced in a hurry.
“Our National President Lalu Prasad warned her that those who watch a lot of politics on Gulwalkar’s ideas can never be serious about reservation, which is now clearly visible,” he added.
Mr. Jha claimed that the center wanted to cause confusion in the name of the caste census and questioned the reason why the government announced that the population data for the Civil Procedure would not be released. He added that such numbers are necessary according to Article 340 of the Constitution, he added.
“When the castes are counted and the data are not revealed which policy will be introduced towards reservation and increasing reservations in the private sector? Niti Aayog and other agencies can work on planning, social, economic encouragement and reservation on the basis of data on the basis of data,” Jha said.
Accompanied by the main spokesperson of Shakti Singh Yadav and National Vice President of Uday Narayan Choudhary on the press briefing, Mr. Jha pointed out that in addition to the leader of Tejashwi Yadava, Congress leaders, Samajwadi and MunNetr Kazhagam (DMK) the publisher.
On the other hand, Mr. Choudhary said that the caste census is a scam and nothing has been published in this respect. He explained that the caste survey was carried out in Bihar under the pressure of Mr. Yadava. However, 65% of the reservation dose was not provided because the intention of BJP and Nitish Kumar was not correct, accused.
Tejashwi requirements
At the beginning of the day, Mr. Yadav turned to Miniser Kumar’s chief that he was responding to his letter of June 5 to increase the reservation to 85% for all neglected classes in Bihar.
“Nitish did not answer it to my letter, is it because you have no answer, or do your officials show you letters? Parties that defeated the drum of social justice, whose strength modi the government runs, why not include a 65% reservation limit increased by our government in the 9th. Mr. Yadav asked.
“Main Minister Nitish Kumar, Minister of Trade Unions Chirag Paswan, Jitan Ram Manjhi, Ubendra Kushwaha should talk about the question of reservations against this injustice facing Dalit, Adivasi, backward and extremely backward class.
Mr. Yadav further said: “If all these people cannot fulfill this little demand, then their policy and stay in such an alliance are shameful.
