Rashtriya’s head Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) Mohan Bhagwat on Wednesday (July 23, 2025) said that the main challenge for the country is currently revolving about how to integrate the work, industrial and national interest in the age of technological transformation. He also called on the impact of newly emerging technologies on the company and the labor market so that it does not have an impact on jobs.
Bhagwat, who spoke at the 70th anniversary. Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh (BMS), said that equality between the workforce would not be achieved until “people climb over the interests of their families”. He added that technology makes human nature “a little rough” and “somewhat” reduces respect for work.
“Empathy similar to Mother”
RSS chief advised BMS officials that he must have a “mother similar to empathy” for all in this industry they are involved in order to give everyone the same love.
Mr. Bhagwat said that technology cannot be rejected and therefore must be adapted to the company’s needs and interest in the field of work, “Technological transformation is another challenge. Every new technology brings concern, will it lead to an increase in unemployment?
Mr. Bhagwat, and BMS, as the largest work organization in the world, stated that it is responsible for ensuring that every situation is beneficial to all parts of society.
“The world follows BMS”
“The world follows BMS and has to increase to this responsibility. How to integrate the work, industrial and national interest in the age of technological transformation is the biggest challenge for tomorrow,” he added.
Minister of Labor Mansukh Mandaviya, who also participated in the event, appreciated the efforts of BMS to create unity among workers. He said BMS is the only trade union that works on the basis of the cultural and social principles of India. He said that BMS’s main ideology is nationalism and that was why he became the largest union in the country.
Effective voice: Minister
Mr. Mandaviya said that, as the largest trade union from the BMS country, it effectively raised issues of Indian workers in the International Labor Organization (ILO). The Minister said the BMS led all other central departments from India to the recent ILO convention and BMS ensured that all trade unions spoke in one voice. “The leaders of other trade unions later told me that BMS allowed each union to place its views on the forum,” he said.
He claimed that the current government appreciated the efforts of doctors, nurses and other “Corona warriors” during the pandemic. He said that workers in the country came to fight the epidemic.
President BMS Hiranmay Pandya shared that the 70 -year -old journey of the organization began in 1955 with the principle of “Rashtra Hit, Udyog Hit and Mazdoor Hit” (national interest, industrial interest and job interest).
We have shown the world that the Labor Protest is not just about increasing slogans, but rather it is a constructive building of a nation, Mr. Pandy said. “Our next milestone is BMS@100 and we are determined to proceed with renewed vitality and determination.”
