
State Insurance Corporations (ESIC) are aware of the awareness of the registration of employees within the “Scheme to support the registration of employers and employees” (Spree – 2025) in the State.
The Insurance Commissioner for Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) T. Renuka Prasad said employees registered under Spree, Atal Beemit Kalyan Yojana (ABVky), Rajiv Gandhi Shramik Kalyana Yojana (Rgsky) can gain a wide range of benefits for unemployment, pobor health care and maternal benefits for women.
“I recently participated in campaigns to raise awareness in Andhra Pradesh and asked industrialists, factories, hospital and school management and other facilities to ensure early registration of their units and facilities under the law ESI,” said Renuka Prasad Hindsky.
Children of the insured persons can obtain chairs in medical, PG, BDS and other courses at the Faculty of Medicine for a nominal fee. In addition, employees and their family members have eligible for complex medical and monetary benefits, the Commissioner said.
He checked the notation of employers and employees under the ESI law with the regional director of ESIC MALLA RAMA RAO, the State Medical Director of Dr. R. Pradeep Kumar and other officers.
Rama Rao said that 69,632 companies, including industrial, factories and other facilities, were in AP and ESIC officers and ESIC staff led campaigns in Spree and other industries.
