
The Indian woman was found dead in mysterious circumstances in her apartment in the Rollo area in Sharjah, the United Arab Emirates (SAE), Saturday morning.
It was identified as 29 -year -old Athula Sekhar, originally from Kollam in Kerala. Athula’s parents claimed the harassment of her husband Satheesh.
They filed a police complaint and claimed that Satheesh strangled Athula, kicking her stomach, and hit his head between 18 and 19 July, which led to her death.
They also claimed that their daughter was repeatedly harassed for not bringing enough dowry at the time of her marriage in 2014.
The parents said they gave a bike and 43 monarchs of gold in marriage.
Based on the complaint of the police, Keraral registered the case of murder in various parts of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhit (BNS) and the 1961 ban on Satheesh.
Athula’s father Rajashkaran Pillai raised that Satheesh was Alchoholic and often became violent.
“Once, when she was physically attacked, I planned to take her back home. But he apologized and she forgave him,” said Rajaskaharan.
Athula leaves a ten -year -old daughter.
According to media reports, Satheesh denied the involvement in Athula’s death and said he did not believe that he would die with suicide.
He also wanted to know what had happened to his wife, he added.
RajashEkharan, who insisted that Athula’s death was suspicious, said, “I do not believe my daughter will die of suicide. She shares a very intimate relationship with her daughter. Her death is mysterious. We have to find out exactly what happened to her. What exactly happened to her.
Her family also released videos that show that Athula with visible injuries and her husband seems to raise the plastic stool to hit her.
The tragic incident comes after the death of other women from Kerala and her 16 -month -old daughter in Sharjah.
According to the police, the woman died by hanging up after 8 July. She suffocated her child to death. The incident reportedly came from a marital dispute.
