The Central Bank of India overcomes its competitors in the area of total deposits across retail, agricultural and MSME (RAM) sector, said MV Murali Krishna, Executive Director.
Addressing the Assembly on the eve of the 144th anniversary of the founder of the bank Sira Sorabji Krakhanawal, who set up the Indian Central Bank on Friday, stressed that the Bank’s commitment to innovation and customer service adds the second phase of its digital transformation route.
“Our way of digital transformation involves integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into routine banking transactions, which aims to increase experience with customers and efficiency,” said Mr. Krishna.
On the eve of the 144th anniversary of the birth of Sir Sorabji Kukhanawala, the esteemed founder of the Indian Central Bank, was organized by the Bangalore Regional Authority a great celebration on the occasion of this occasion.
The event was also involved in the higher officials of the bank, including Mr. Dharating Naik, K. Partha Sarathi Naida, Mr. Manas Sen Andms. Apurva Dhiman and others.
On this occasion, Mr. Naida thanked all customers, parties and employees of the bank who contributed to a 114 -year journey.
