Hyderabad
The Theangany government formally replaced the State Identification Code “TS” “TG”, which caused the Hyderab Municipal Police to start reconstructing its fleet with new “Telangana Police” stickers.
Based on the instructions of the CEO and Police Commissioner Hyderabad CV Anand, a total of 188 government vehicles were updated at the headquarters of the armed reserve (CAR). The process includes removal of “TS” stickers, application of fresh “TG” and additional maintenance.
It is estimated that work – repair of painting, painting, bumper and panels and machine polishing – costs about 1.6 crore.
On Sunday, car officials completed a label and reconstruction of 134 patrol vehicles, which was recommended for the service. These vehicles are expected to play a key role in crime prevention, law enforcement and order, and response to emergency situations in Hyderabad.
Other police vehicles, including ACP vehicles, inspectors, inspectors, pilots and interceptors, will undergo the same process in the coming days. Officials also gave drivers instructions to keep the vehicles clean and in the right condition.
The headquarters of the car supervised the exercise and reaffirmed that the updated fleet would help strengthen police activities in the city.
