It reminds of the highest victim of the gondo tribal martyr Kumram Bheem for the rights of the tribes over Jal, Yangal and Zemeen, Horde Adivasis on Tuesday paid a shining tribal warrior.
People from different areas of life, including leaders across the political spectrum and representatives of various Adivasi organizations, paid tribute to the legendary Raj Gond Martyr at his memorial in the historic village of Jodeghat.
They empathized the exemplary courage and the undisturbed spirit of Kumram Bhe, who in 1940 reached a martyrdom fighting the Nizam Hyderabad regime.
The descendants of Kumram Bheem offered the memorial to honor according to Adivasi.
The annual event was organized by the integrated agency for tribal development (ITDA), Unsor, said official sources.
