The High Court in Kerala was suspended by the former judge of the family court of V. Udayakumar, against whom the accusation of sexual abuse was raised by several complained women at the court in Chavar, Kollam.
The court decided to suspend an officer from the “public interest” service, read on Tuesday’s order issued by the registrar (district judiciary).
The decision to suspend the officer was taken after the meeting of the Court of Justice. The Committee has the main judge of Nithin Jamdar and Judge A. Muhamed Mustaque and the judiciary AK Jayasankaran Zambiar, two higher judges of the Court of Justice.
The committee felt that the accusation raised against the officer was a serious nature, and by the judge it represented serious incorrect behavior. Hind said earlier that the court was considering measures against the official after the accusation.
Of the three women who turned to the main district judges, a collam with complaints about the “serious and best” behavior by the officer, two preferred written complaints. The Administrative Committee also took into account the registrar’s report (district judiciary) and the main district judge before the initiation of disciplinary proceedings, the sources said.
The alleged incidents allegedly took place within the chamber of the judge in the court complex in Chavara.
Converted
The registrar previously transferred him to another place after complaints. The court will decide on the disciplinary proceedings against the official after the investigation of the judge of the High Court.
The fees will be framed against the officer on the basis of an investigation report. There is no legal action against the officer, if the complainants do not accept the police, they maintained judicial resources.
The High Court also decided to increase the supervision of judicial officials as a result of accusations of sexual behavior. This is the second such assertion to be raised against the state official in the last six months.
