
The Railway Guntur division on Thursday meant two major events – World Day of Life Day and International Day of Excessive Transition – with a number of campaigns to raise public awareness and activities, emphasizing its commitment to sustainability and safety.
In memory of the World Environment Day, the divisional railway manager (DRM) Sudeshna led Sen Officers and employees in pledge to accept environmental habits and actively reduce the use of plastics. The platforms and in the Guntur railway station were held a pulsating assembly and a street game (Nukkad Natak), emphasizing the harmful effects of plastic pollution and supporting sustainable procedures.
In a parallel effort to strengthen the green cover, a tree drive was driven in the Freight Depot. DRM Sudeshna Dream, another divisional railway manager (ADRM) and several branches of branches participated in the initiative, planted seedlings and supported similar efforts throughout the division.
At the same time, the Division observed the International level of exceeding awareness of the transition with the launch of intensive security campaigns at key levels with the crew. With increasing incidents at the level of the crossing, officials from railways, railways (RPF) and road transport authorities carried out units to awareness to educate pedestrians and motorists about a safe transition.
Campaigns on the safety of awareness took place at the level of intersection No. 3 between Guntur and Reddipal (inner circular road gate), level 6 between the topping and the bandaruple (near the village of Peddapalakalur) and level 312 between Guntur and the flushing. The commuters were informed about major measures such as compliance with signals, understanding warning systems and ensuring safe passage to the inspection of clear exits.
