The Andhra Pradesh government will soon introduce the system of building (BPS). It is on the agenda of the Cabinet meeting scheduled for September (Thursday).
It is expected to benefit more than one lake, including those who have built buildings with deviations and unauthorized structures.
It is estimated that such structures in the whole state are more than one lakh, and as soon as they come into force, real figures will appear according to high -ranking sources at the Ministry of Municipal Administration and City Development.
The department plans to use the revenue obtained from BPS for the development of the relevant city management offices such as municipalities and corporations.
The scheme allows one -time settlement. Sanctions will be deposited to those who do not regulate deviations within the system and take measures against ering officers.
The main minister reportedly ordered officials to give this system a wide publicity.
