The Union Government (June 25, 2025) announced that it had cleared the establishment of a cartridge of electronics production 417 Crore (EMC) within the EMC 2.0 system in the Gautam Buddha Nagar district in Uttar Pradesh, which contains Noida.
“The approved EMC 2.0 project will be drawn up by the Yamuna Expressway (Yeida) industrial development,” the government said.
The EMC 2.0 scheme was announced in April 2020. Within the system, different parts of the country were announced as clusters for electronics production, with EMC projects attracting around 30,000 GBP in investments, the government said in a statement. “The project will lead to the creation of first -class infrastructure and generate 15,000 jobs,” said Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw.
“(UP) The state government has an important role in the project,” the government said in its statement. “They were aware of it, the officials were instructed to work closely with the state to ensure the project faster.”
The means according to EMC 2.0 should be paid to April 2028.

“The place is also close to key transport nodes, such as railway station and the International Airport of Jewish.
