State president Sri Navyandhra Sondi Kula Samskshema Sangham Nemalipuri Koteswara Rao on Wednesday urged the state government to set up more skill development centers in Srikakulam district. He said this will help train the local youth to meet the expectations of companies looking to invest in the state.
In a press release, Mr. Koteswara Rao congratulated Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and IT and Education Minister Nara Lokesh for successfully concluding the CII Partnership Summit where investment proposals worth ₹ 13.25 lakh were finalised.
Mr. Koteswara Rao said that many unemployed youths from North Andhra districts would be able to quickly secure jobs in industries, software companies and service sector if they were given adequate and proper training to meet the demands of companies. He urged the government to encourage companies to invest directly in Srikakulam district to increase employment opportunities.
