The Theangana government, which has revived the prizes of state films after 10 years, is now organizing award ceremony and honor actors, technology and movies.
Previously, the government decided to name the Telangana Film Awards after the revolutionary Balladeer Gaddar. In the combined Andhra Pradesh, the prizes were awarded under the name Nandi Awards, but after creating Telangana, the film awards were stopped.
Representative of the main Minister Bhatti Vikramark, who organized a meeting at the TELANGANA Film Prices, reaffirmed the commitment of the Congress government to promote the film industry in the state. He said that the government will support not only Teluga films, but also the cinema of Urdu to support the cultural diversity of Telangana.
Mr. Vikramarka, who was honored by Gaddar, described him as a legendary figure that popularized folk and revolutionary Telangana songs around the world. He remembered that Gaddar had filled a new life into the TELANGANA movement with his music and introduced prizes in his name, was a matter of pride.
The chairman of Telangana Film Development Corporation Dil Raju said that prizes are to support good films made in Telugu, as well as works that support national unity, cultural harmony, technical perfection and humanitarian value. The award will receive both the monetary price and the certificate of recognition. The Organizational Committee is completing the logo, instructions and regulations for prices.
