
What was supposed to be the next day at work proved to be the worst nightmare for 19 employees at a four -year start. At an urgent meeting, their boss revealed that the company concerning the Cloud/Chatbot administration was running out of money and at that moment it just stopped.
Surprisingly, the Redditor said none of the 19 employees saw it because there was no “warning, no release”.
In the Reddit post, the user stated that the team received from the CEO “Unexpected E-mail” from the CEO who demanded an urgent whole session at noon. “At this meeting he told us something that none of us had seen:” The company completely ran out of money, “he read the post.

Techics were asked not to report to work from the next day, and left them without paying in a month and uncertain about the timeline for new work.
“We will not get paid this month and the company closed effectively. All our investors have pulled out. He told us not to report to work the next day,” he read the post.
“And so was the four -year startup. Nineteen people, including me, are suddenly out of work,” he added.
What surprised the Redditora was the lack of warning about the position of society. “It was still not sinking completely. We certainly had our fighting, but there was no warning. No release. No bridge financing. No communication that we had real trouble.”

But Techie shared that the company offered to help them find new roles. “The CEO said he was trying to help us find new roles in his network, but frankly, I don’t know how much to rely on it.”
The Redditor said he only published it on the social media platform “to partially process everything and partially hear from others who have gone through something similar.”

“Relax, get a job. Have integrated your skills and also start preparing for conversations. The real work and cleaning the conversation are two different things. So focus more on preparing the interview,” he said.
