The fifth other Junior Civil Court in Gunture condemned a 25 -year -old man for two years of imprisonment for causing the death of a motorcyclist in a traffic accident. Judge Kolar Latha declared the judgment on Tuesday and held the accused responsible according to IPC 304 (a). A) and 337.
The incident occurred in 2021 on the perecherla Junction under the Mediconduru Police Station. According to the Police Superintendance (SP) S. Satish Kumar accused by Malampati Sricant Reddy, the inhabitants of the village of Vemulapad in the district of Prakasam, driving his car in high speed and negligent. He hit the car into a two -wheel wheel with a couple. The accident resulted in the death of Guntupalli Venkateswara Rao and caused his wife serious injuries.
