
The Chief Minister of Pinarayi Vijayan approved the digital project of Kerala-Naše Keral, led by IT missions under the IT department on Monday, with the aim of comprehensive digital development of Kerala and increase the more transparent and efficient management system. Through the project, the government will focus on extensive changes in areas such as administration, services, use of innovative technologies, citizens’ participation, cyber security and skills development.
The main minister ordered the IT department to implement this project in a time -bound way, and ensured that artificial intelligence applications (AI) are used where necessary. He explained that while the AI will be used as a tool to provide instructions, analysis and timely proposals, the final office for decision -making will always remain in the government.
Feedback mechanism
One of the highlights of the initiative will be the “Kerala CX” index. The state will present a system for measurement and evaluation of citizens’ satisfaction with digital services provided by the government in real time. Citizens will have the opportunity to provide feedback on the portals immediately after receiving each service. The department will have a system for evaluating its own portals. The CX score will be calculated by comparison with national standards and ways to improve the quality of service will be found.
According to the IT mission, Kerala is the first state in a country to introduce a unified and scientific index to assess the quality of government services.
The “Nammude Ceram” portal and the “Nammude” will be developed to provide online services in the kerala with one window. The system will also be designed to include AI Chatbot, Malayalam-First and Design, which is advantageous for different forms. The AI Chatbot system, which works on popular platforms, including WhatsApp, AI Chatbot system, will be developed to provide government services. Citizens will have access to services through simple messages in Malayalam and English.
Unified register
Many other projects will be introduced with the aim of transparent and efficient administration, including a unified register for social programs and a data exchange platform between departments. In order to become a digital state of the future, Kerala is incorporated into the administrative system such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, IoT, blockchain, AR/VR. The K-AI portal will be used to implement AI use in different departments.
Vidyaai will be provided for government officials on AI -based offices. For cooperation in the Indiiai mission, the Union Government was submitted by the proposal of Crore 623.6 GBP.
Through Safets Keral, all citizens of the state will be authorized through digital security awareness to avoid online fraud and financial security.
