On Tuesday, there were several important leaders of BJP in Bengalur, trying to siege the official residence of the main Minister Siddaramaiah, who demanded his resignation, as well as the Deputy Minister of DK Shivakumar, in connection with Stampede in Bengalur during the RCB celebrations on June 4.
Among those admitted to custody was the State President of BJP Vijayendra, the opposition leader in the Assembly of R. Ashok, the opposition leader in the Chalavadi Narayanaswama Council and former representative of the CN Minister Ashwath Narayan. They were later released.
The party leaders and workers were taken into custody when they began to march towards the official residence of the main minister after protesting in the Freedom Park.
Previously, addressing the protesters, Mr. Vijayendra and Mr. Ashok called on the workers and leaders of the party not to end their campaign until the chairman of the main minister and the representative of the main minister resigned.
Mr. Vijayendra claimed that the Congress Government had organized a Felicitation program before a for example judge in a hurry at the command of the main minister to involve the victory of RCB. The representative of the main minister tried to overcome the main minister by feeling his presence at the celebrations at the M. Chinnaswama stadium. “The political commotion between CM and a representative of CM led to the organization of victory celebrations in a hurry, a lot against the police council,” he said.
Mr. Ashok accused the main minister of being a “main culprit” for Stampede. “Mr. Siddaramaiah is trying to cover his lunges with false claims that the government was not organized by the Felicitation Program and that he was not aware of the one who invited Governor ThaaWarchand Gehlot.
“Those who took selfies in the program were a relationship of cm and other politicians, but those who paused were police officers,” he said. “We have seen governments falling in the carnat before the curse of farmers. This government will fall due to the curse of the parents of young people who died of Stampede,” Mr. Ashok said.
“People say there was a failure of intelligence. But the chief minister has taken any hard steps against the police intelligence, except for transfer, because he knows that any strict action against him would be his (cm) chairman,” said Mr. Narayanaswamy.
