Kaneri Pavadi Malapure, a student of the government’s pre -Jalanti government, Chikkodi Taluk from the Belagavi district, came fourth in the state of art with 594 stamps.
Her mother Mahadevi Malapure is a farmer from Nipanal Village. Her two older brothers work as tenants of farmers. Kateri’s father Pavadi died when she was one year old. The unwavering Mahadevi raised his three children by working in the fields.
She won 100 stamps in economics and sociology, 99 in Cannada, history and political science and 97 grades in English.
“I am very satisfied with my results,” Kaneri said.
“I knew I was doing well. But I didn’t know I would get a state rank. It seems that my mother’s hard work was worth it. I’m not very diligent, but I tend to pay attention in the classroom. I studied as much as I could,” she said.
He plans to continue his studies at Karnatak College in Dharwad and appear in the future for competing exams.
She was a good student all the time. It gained 97% in SSLC and 99% in I PU. After the SSLC she received admission to the Government College in Malatti. But she had to fight because she couldn’t get the entrance to the hostel. The philanthropist Mutturaj Cambr supported it with free starting and rooms.
After and PU, however, got into the hostel.
Her mother Mahadevi Malapure is very happy about Kerii’s success and sad that her father is not alive to see it all. Mahadevi said she had no clear idea of her career selection in front of her daughter.
“Her teachers told her to move to Dharwad to study at a government college and get coaching for competing exams. Her brothers accompany her to Dharwad and see that she gets joining college and hostel,” Mahadevi Malapure said.
