According to the accusation, the victim, a native of Hubball, was taken to the hostel along with his older brother at the age of 11. His parents are employees of daily wages. The victim began to miss home and wanted to talk to her parents. He went out and met the accused outside the hostel and asked him to help talk to his parents. The accused called his parents and made a victim for several minutes.
The accused took the victim to an isolated place under the pretext of buying refreshments and sodomized him near the temple before he was dropped back.
The victim was good from that day and developed an infection. A few days later he went home, and his parents took him to the hospital, where the doctor had suspected something suspicious and advised him. After several rounds of counseling, the victim confessed to which the doctors informed the police and asked their parents to file a complaint.
Initially, parents hesitated to lodge a complaint, but members of the Child Care Committee and the Police Inspector Naveen Kumar MB convinced their parents and victims and recorded their statements.
On the basis of the police declaration, she traced the defendant identified as Basavaraju and arrested him accused according to Section 377 (unnatural sexual offense) and also by various parts of the law of the PocSO law.
The court condemned the accused who sentenced him to live with a fine of 1 lakh. The court also asked the government to provide the victims of 8 lakh.
