The Congress Party in Kerala seemed to try to avoid the controversial article by Thiruvananthapuram Shashi Tharoor, accusing the late Prime Minister Indira Gandhi and her son, Sanjay Gandhi for “emergency”
Kerala’s leader of the opposition VD Satheesen stood on reporters about whether Congress considered Mr. Tharoor’s offer to reserve the emergency “dark past”, which was a deliberate act of disagreement aimed at introducing national and state management on a defensive subject in 2025 and by 2025 and 2025 and 2025.
Satheesan replied to the edge of the opposition of the united democratic front (UDF) in Kochi, said, “I read Mr. Tharoor’s article and I have an opinion that I reserve for myself. Mr. Tharoor is a member of the Congress Committee.
Mr. Tharoor’s article caused quite a stir in Keral’s political circles after Deepika, the mouth of the influential Syrian Catholic community, translated and published Mr. Tharoor, who recently appeared as an opinion in the international media portal.
In the article Mr. Tharoor dwelled “Litany of human rights violations, including torture in detainment and out -of -court killing”, which meant a period. It seemed to blame for excesses to Indira Gandhi and Sanjay Gandhi.
Thararoor’s post on the survey
Recently, Mr. Tharoor spent problems with Congress by intensifying the Social Media survey based in Bombai, which was placed by Mr. Tharoor as the most pre -set ministerial candidate in Kerala, far preceding the next congress and communist Party of India (Marxist) (CPI (M)), including Chief Minister Pinarajan and KK Shailaja.
Mr. Satheesan replied that the survey did not deserve any comment. “Such surveys are every day,” he said.
The post of Mr. Tharoor quoted a survey that claimed for him that he came to him as a potential main Minister Keraral’s growing support, probably came to Congress at an unfavorable moment.
It came at a time when the Congress Committee of Kerala Pradesh (KPCC) tried to trigger the so -called “captain’s controversy” that broke out after some media called Mr. Satheesan as the architect of the Congress winning victory in the four -way compilation of Nilamburos.
The reports have made a somewhat Acerbic comment by Mr. Satheesan’s predecessor and the head of Congress Ramesh Chennithala, who said the media did not accept the honorary status of the “captain of the party” when UDF won several critical rallies of Bypolls when the opposition leader was Vijayan.
Mr. Tharoor had previously triggered criticism of the Kerala Congress for alleged opposition of AICC positions and the official line of the party regarding the government of Bharatiya Janat (BJP) and the government of CPI (m) on Wednesday and the state.
Some political quarters tried to portray Mr. Tharoor’s views as indicators of his “tense relationships” with the high command of the party, which they claimed that they could predict a more serious fall among four times the Thiruvananthapuram and AICC.
