The Ministry of Legal Affairs, the Ministry of Law and Justice on Tuesday has launched the “Living Case” control panel within the management and briefing system (limbs) aimed at providing real -time data visualization and offering an overview of the upcoming hearing to allow proactive decision -making and better coordination between them.
The State Minister of the Union (independent accusation) for the right and justice of Arjun Ram Meghwal launched a dashboard and described it as “a significant step towards increasing the transparency, responsibility and efficiency in the administrative dispute administration”.
Government Communications said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has constantly emphasized the need to reduce litigation, and since the Indian government is one of the largest judges, the limb platform was introduced to monitor the court cases of “systematic, proactive and effective way”.
According to official data, the limb portal currently monitors 7.23 123 live cases from 53 ministries and departments. A total of 13,175 users of the Ministry and 18,458 advocates regularly update the details of the case on the portal.
“This initiative represents a milestone in a government digital transformation path and strengthens its obligation to use technology for effective legal cases, data based on data and improve the results of public affairs,” the government statement said.
