The Hyderabad (HYDRAAA) disaster and protection agency (HYDRAA) identified attempts to fill the rainwater drainage in Kukatpally and slap cases against a renowned construction company, here on Wednesday.
The company, the developers of Vasavi, intervened drainage and its bumper area between Bharat Nagar and Kaitalapur, Hydraa statement.
The Chief of Hydraa Av Ranganath, who acted after the complaints of the locals, carried out a field inspection and identified a violation of a part of the builder who filled the drain, which connects the Kamuna Kamunu lakes and Maisamma Cheruvu. Hydraa officials also identified columns inside the outflow designed for the board.
Machaling officials made Mr. Ranganath’s instructions and filed a complaint against the Kukatpally Police Station against the builder. The case was registered, the statement said.
The drain filled in the part was de-red and according to Mr. Ranganath’s instructions, the mud was thrown into the site of the structure. The statement stated that the builder was developed in advance to observe the standards concerning the distance from the outflow, but still violated it.
Mr. Ranganath also checked the rock formations of Khajaguda Heritage, on the Complaints of the Society to save the rocks, and assured them that he would soon meet with all parties involved.
