
The drip café, which owns the Indian comedy star Kapil Sharma, condemned an incident with fire, which took place on Thursday in front of a restaurant in Surrey, Canada around 1:50 (local time).
Cap’s Cafe, when they took on instagram stories on Friday, wrote: “The news from the heart. We opened the cafe of the café with the hope of bringing warmth, community and joy through delicious coffee and friendly conversation.”
“Having violence intersecting with this dream is heartbreaking. We are processing this shock, but we don’t give up. Thank you for your support your kind words, prayers and memories shared through DM Mean more than you know,” the café wrote.
The statement of the restaurant also stated that this café “exists because of your faith in what we are building together.”
“Let’s stand firmly against violence and ensure that the Cap’s café remains a place of heat and community. Thank you all in the café of the café and see you soon under a better sky. With hope and gratitude #supportkafafecanada,” he read the statement.
Kapova café also expressed “sincere gratitude of Surreypolice and @Deltapd for their quick response and efforts to ensure everyone’s safety at this difficult time.”
’10 holes bullets’
According to Surrey Police Service on Thursday, several arms shots were reported in the Capova café in Surrey at 1:50 (local time).
The police said some employees were present inside the restaurant at the time of shooting. No one was injured in the incident.
On Thursday morning, at least 10 holes from the bullets were seen in the window in the cafe of the café, while another window pane was broken.
SGT spokesman Lindsey Hashton said the police are aware of the news in Indian media and claim that the Khalistan separatist demanded responsibility for shooting.
In his statement, Hashton was quoted by the intelligence agency or who said that the investigation is still in very early stages and “and the connection with other incidents and potential motives is examined”.
The police have no suspicious description and the motif of the shooting has not been determined, Vancouver Sun informed.
Highton said that officers still talk to witnesses and work to get CCTV shots.
