The case of the Death of the Zateen Garg: The Court of Assam on Friday sent the members of the Zateen Garg Shekharjototi Goswami and Amritprabha Mahant for 14 days of police links in connection with the death of an iconic singer.
Drummer Goswami and co -founder Mahanta were arrested on Thursday after days of questioning, PTI officials said.
Both band members were present on a yacht in Singapore when Garg died in swimming in the sea of 19 September. Garg visited Singapore to participate in the three -day northeast festival.
4 accused; There is an interrogation
The latest development comes a few days after Delhi was charged with Zateen Garg manager and festival organizer.
Munna Prasad Gupta, a special DGP of the Criminal Investigation Department (CID), said PTI that the main court judge from the Metropolitan district of Kamrup accepted the request for further interrogation and sent the duo to 14 days of police bridging.
“The interrogation of all four arrested accused is taking place,” Gupta said.
