This will provide an opportunity for more athletes to secure quota jobs. The provision that completely exempts persons involved in doping scandals from this appointment was also amended. Instead, only competition and doping time will be considered disqualifications for appointment. Other achievements will be considered for appointment. Applications are invited for the last five years after completing the backlog of 10-year appointments from 2010 to 2019.
