The Minister of the Small Scope and Public Enterprises Sharanabasappa Darshanapur said that the State Cabinet decided to establish the Ministry to oversee the development works that take place as part of the Kalyana Karnataka Council.
On Wednesday, he addressed the assembly after developing the national flag in Yadgir to Mark Kalyana Karnataka Utsav on Wednesday.
“There has been a long -waiting demand for the establishment of an exclusive Ministry for the Development of Kalyan Karnatak from the dwelling. The main Minister Siddaramaiah considered demand and announced the Ministry for this purpose,” he said.
He also stated that another key decision was taken was to increase the alarmti dam to 524 Mz 519 m. It was decided to release 40 ₹ Lakh compensation for soil under irrigation and 30 ₹ Lakh for dry soil, as is expected to submit 75,563 acres of soil.
The Minister remembered the struggle for freedom against Hyderabad Nizam and said the Nizamas gave up the Indian army during the Polo operation and the Hyderabad Karnataka area was liberated from Nizama.
The Kalyana Karnataka area should develop as an old Mysuro region in all sectors. The state government undertook to develop the region and for this purpose sets up 5,000 crore every year, he said.
