
The Kochi Municipal Police launched an investigation into an incident, when a 14 -year -old boy claimed that his grandmother’s friend had forced him to drink alcohol and smoke Ganja.
Police Ernakulam North registered the case on the basis of the leadership of the district police chief (Kochi City) Putt vimaladitya.
A boy, a standard city school student, lives with his mother and grandmother in a rented house after his parents were separated.
Reportedly a 48 -year -old man from Thiruvananthapuram often visited the house. According to the victim, an alleged incident occurred on December 24th last year during a man’s visit when the boy’s mother was not at home.
The man reportedly had drinks in front of the teenager and also forced him to drink. The boy was then reported to Vaduthaly on a two -wheel bike to get a suspicion of Ganja. As soon as he returned home, the man smoked Ganja and forced the boys to use it as well, the police said.
The boy reportedly revealed the incident to his classmate, who in turn told his mother. She informed the mother of the victim, who immediately moved out of the house with her son.
Reportedly, although a woman approached the female police Ernacula with a complaint, they were delayed. Subsequently, she filed a complaint with the Chief of the District Police.
The boy got advice with larger sessions. The police also recorded the boy’s statement.
