The body of the 27 -year -old V. Prineesh, a native of Valianaor, who disappeared on the Meenkunn beach, was recovered from the sea near Payyambball on Wednesday on Wednesday.
This follows to recover the body of PK Ganesan Zambiar, a native of Kotolipram in Pattannaor, on Tuesday near Neerkadav. Both young people were swept by strong currents after entering the sea on Meenkunn Beach in Azhikode.
Rescue operations were carried out by the Directorate for the recovery of maritime enforcement, coastal police and local fishermen.
