An exception to the objection raised by the government of Maharashtra to Karnatakaho step to increase the almatti dam to 524 Mz 519 MV under the second phase of the Horní Krishna project, a delegation of the BJP deputy, on Thursday, met with the Jal Shakti Department.
The delegation approved the Minister of the Union for the factual situation and stated that the step to increase the height of the dam is unnecessarily against the government of Maharashtra.
They determined the opposition to convict and told the minister that according to the Court of Court of Water Spores, by increasing the height of the Almatti dam, Karnataka is the right.

Mr. Bommai said that the Krishna Water Dissutes Tribunal II court approved an increase in the almatti dam to 524 m.

Mr. Bommai said that the tribunal order is the equivalent of the Supreme Court and the Pravo Karnataka to increase the height of the dam according to the tribunal order was clearly communicated by the Minister of the Union.
The government will act in accordance with the court order because the question of the announcement in the Bulletin is before the Supreme Court, he said.
The former main minister said that the Minister of the Union told the delegation that nothing was happening outside the law.
Mr Bommai said he was also calling on the state government to use his legal resources to ensure that the Supreme Court first hears the matter to publish the announcement of the Bulletin.
The BJP delegation included Govind Karjol, PC Gaddigoudar and Ramesh Jigajinsgi.
