
The new APNGOs Association State Vice President Rayi Venugopal on Monday (February 9) asked the state government to appoint a new Wage Revision Commission and resolve all issues such as release of endowment allowance and settlement of pending accounts of retired employees, among others.
Mr. Venugopal, who returned to Srikakulam after taking charge as the new Vice President in Vijayawada, was given a rousing reception by APNGOs former general secretary Chowdary Purushottam Naidu, APNGO Srikakulam district president Hanumanthu Sairam and others.
A bicycle rally was organized by various associations headed by Vice President Ambedkar India Mission State Taekwondo Srinu and others. Speaking to the media on the occasion, Mr. Venu Gopal said that the Association wants to resolve the issues amicably and at the same time understand the difficulties of the government. He hoped that the government would appoint a new PRC and provide immediate assistance on the lines of the Telangana government. Former State General Secretary of APNGOs, Mr. Purushottam Naidu lauded Mr. Venugopal’s determination in strengthening the association in nooks and crannies of the district for the past two decades. He said that the elevation of him as the new state vice president is a matter of pride for Srikakulam district.
