
The 10-day annual training camp, conducted by the 9th Kerala Girls Battalion, Kozhikode, began on May 13 at the NCC Group Training Centre, West Hill. The main goal of the camp is to form a generation with civic sense and social responsibility.
The camp was inaugurated by Colonel Venkatesan R., Commanding Officer of NCC 9 Kerala Girls Battalion.
A total of 380 cadets from Kozhikode, Kannur and Palakkad districts are participating in the camp. The camp includes personality development classes, welfare classes, health and hygiene classes, self defense training and NCC subject. The camp will end on May 22.
