Western Bengal Assembly Chaos: The tension was high in the legislative assembly in West Bengal on Thursday 4th September, when heated exchanges have come to the lawmakers of the ruling Trinamool Congress (TMC) and the opposition of Bharatiya Janata (BJP).

Pandemonium developed during a discussion on the resolution of the West Bengal government, which dealt with alleged atrocities against Bengal migrants. Minister Mamata Baerjee condemned the behavior of BJP members and accused them of a deliberate attempt to derail a major debate aimed at emphasizing the fighting of Bengal migrants.
“It was an important discussion, but they tried to disrupt it completely,” Banerjee said, criticizing the tactics of the opposition inside the house.
Despite the riots, the Assembly of Bengal was not adjourned and the discussion took place in the middle of strict safety and increased vigilance.
