The Allahabad High Court upheld the acquisition of land for expansion of the Noida International Airport in Gautam Buddh Nagar district, dismissing the petitions filed by the affected land owners.
The court ruled that the acquisition process was carried out in full compliance with the provisions of the Land Acquisition Act 2013 and that there was no material irregularity therein.
