HAL HJT – 16 kiran, discarded aircraft from operation, was to be exhibited in Shivamogga, arrived in the city on Monday. The aircraft will be exhibited in the Freedom Park, named after Allama PraBhu, the Holy Poet of the 12th Century, in the city.
SHIVAMOGG MEP by Raghanendra asked the Minister for Defense Rajnath Singh to sanction the aircraft excluded from the city’s display.
“The Minister sanctioned the aircraft excluded from operation, due to our application. We have already received a war tanker in the Freedom Park. The plane will be another attraction 79.
